Employee Coaching is a set of sessions for individual team members. They can be used to address specific areas for improvement or a more general approach to
improve productivity, collaboration and effectiveness.

The focus is on the individual behavioural aspects which will lead to permanent positive change within the employee.

A more insightful employee with a better understanding of their capabilities which can more readily (or easily) adapt to the changing environment and pressure. This increases their productivity and collaboration skills.
